Referrals
There are various ways to refer
1. Your GP / Consultant can email a referral directly
2. You can complete an online Contact Form yourself
Referrals from consultants in other specialities and instructions from solicitors are accepted in addition to referrals from GPs.
Dr Tahir is registered with major insurance companies such as AXA-PPP, BUPA, WPA and Pru Health. Dr. Tahir also accepts referrals via GP on a self-funding basis.
Patients are advised to obtain pre-authorisation from the insurance companies prior to the appointment. If you are insured with a company not listed above please enquire.
Please note that unfortunately late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or non attendance will incur a charge. If you are unable to attend please inform with enough notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else (for an appointment on Monday you will need to cancel by Friday prior to the week).
Dr Tahir is able to offer remote / video consultations and face-to-face appointments.
